Bobby Weir, Dave Matthews, Trey Anastasio, Billy Strings & More Unite for LA Wildfire Relief

When disaster strikes, the music community answers the call. Help on the Way LA was born in the wake of the devastating Altadena wildfires, which displaced families and musicians alike. Spearheaded by super-producer and guitar virtuoso Eric “Kraz” Krasno in partnership with the Song Summit Foundation & Fandiem, this initiative is mobilizing artists and fans to raise funds for those affected. Heavyweights like Metallica, Pearl Jam, Phish, My Chemical Romance, and Duran Duran are stepping up through Fan Aid LA, while a benefit concert at LA’s Lodge Room and an auction of rare signed instruments bring in crucial support. 🎸

Proceeds will aid the Pasadena Boys & Girls Club, providing essential services for displaced kids, and the Sweet Relief Musicians Fund, supporting artists who lost homes and instruments. Neil Young & The Chrome Hearts Open Love Earth Tour with Free Ukraine Show

Neil Young is taking Rockin’ in the Free World to a whole new level. Ahead of his Love Earth European tour, Young and his band, The Chrome Hearts, are planning a free concert in Ukraine to stand in solidarity with the people amid ongoing political tensions. The show is set to happen before their June 18 tour kickoff in Sweden. While details are still in the works, Young made it clear: the music is about democracy, resistance, and reflection. 🎸

The Love Earth tour will hit nine cities across Europe before heading back to the U.S. for a 15-stop run from August to mid-September. Young, ever the activist, sees the tour as a response to the current socio-political climate, promising music that mirrors the times. “We must react. We must show who we are,” he declared.
